When ordering with your credit card please also have your Credit Card Code (CVV code) This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply.
Canyon Hobbies accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. When using your credit card, please use your correct credit card billing address even if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. In most cases, "virtual credit cards" cannot be verified. We do not recommend using a virtual credit card on your Canyon Hobbies orders.
If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could reduce delays when placing your orders with Canyon Hobbies and other companies.
Occasionally we may need to verify details and ask for additional information regarding payment on large orders, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, or if you are a first time customer. We try to avoid any delays but an order could be held 24-48 hours while verification is attempted.
For your protection all orders are reviewed by our fraud team. Occasionally orders are cancelled because a customer has provided inconsistent information during the checkout process, or the transaction and address information cannot be validated.
If you believe your order was cancelled due to such an error, you should review the details of the transaction. It's important to note that cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order must be placed.
Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases and/or return credit.
You may also pay for your orders with PayPal. Such payments can be securely tied to either your credit card or checking account. This method is available online only. Ordering with your PayPal account is easy and only takes a few seconds to complete your order. Currently we only ship orders to verified PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses.
We do not accept checks.
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, items priced under $10.00 and discontinued items may not be backordered. We only charge a shipping charge once per order and will not charge you additional shipping fees for the backorder shipment. Backorder shipments will be shipped via the most economical shipping method . Backorders on international orders are typically canceled and will not be shipped. If international customers wish to have backordered items shipped separately they will incur shipping charges with each shipment. You may cancel your backorders at any time prior to the order invoicing by calling or emailing us.
We take pride in our low prices and do constant price comparisons to make sure that we offer the industry's lowest possible prices and best overall value. If you find a lower price on a product prior to purchasing somewhere else, please call us--and we'll do our best to match it. You may cancel an order within 24 hours if the order has not shipped yet by calling 1-866-787-5487. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. We cannot cancel orders that are already packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through our return process. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will result to a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.
